REFUND POLICY

Change of mind
We accept returns for change of mind within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and unused, in their original condition. You are responsible for return postage and admin fees. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products can't be returned for change of mind.

Faulty items
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us at info@modernpirate.com.au with your order number and a photo. We will offer a refund or replacement.

Proof of purchase
Please include your order number or a copy of your invoice with any return.

Your rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
